Rock the Block at the European Conference on Architectural Policies in Lefkosia

Rock the Block project was presented at the 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 in Lefkosia, Cyprus, during the session “𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗥𝗲𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀”.

Our Communication Officer, Angelos Ploumis, presented the project’s integrated approach to affordable housing, participatory urban renewal, and community-driven transformation, highlighting how the “𝗽𝗼𝗹𝘆𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗮” 🏢 can become a tool for social cohesion, sustainability, and inclusive urban regeneration.

The discussion brought together architects, urban planners, policymakers, researchers, and public authorities from across Europe, opening an important dialogue on how cities can rethink housing through participation, reuse, and local governance.
