Ολοκληρωμένα και Συμμετοχικα Εργαλεία για μια Οικονομικη Προσιτή κατοίκια: Το έργο “Rock the Block” στον Δήμο Αιγάλεω
Το παρόν άρθρο παρουσιάζει τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά, τους στόχους και τις προκλήσεις του έργου Rock the Block.
Το «Rock the Block» είναι ταυτόχρονα ένα ερευνητικό έργο και ένα έργο εφαρμογής, το οποίο υλοποιείται από τον Μάρτιο του 2024 στον Δήμο του Αιγάλεω, μία περιοχή με έντονα χαρακτηριστικά στεγαστικής και κοινωνικής αποστέρησης. Αποτελεί μία (πιλοτική) προσπάθεια διαμόρφωσης και προσφοράς οικονομικά προσιτής και ποιοτικής κατοικίας, μέσα από την εμπλοκή δέκα εξειδικευμένων εταίρων αλλά και τη συμμετοχή των ωφελούμενων κατοίκων. Το έργο υλοποιείται με ευρωπαϊκή (συγ)χρηματοδότηση, στο πλαίσιο της «Ευρωπαϊκής Αστικής Πρωτοβουλίας» (European Urban Initiative) για την υποστήριξη έργων αστικής καινοτομίας (Innovative Actions).
Integrated Participatory Roadmaps for Afordable Co-Living: The "Rock the Block" project in the Municipality of Egaleo
Rock the Block” is both a research and implementation project, initiated in March 2024 in the Municipality of Aigaleo, an area marked by significant housing and social deprivation. It represents a pilot initiative aimed at developing and delivering affordable, high-quality housing, through the collaboration of ten specialized partners and the active participation of beneficiary residents. The project is co-financed by the European Union under the framework of the European Urban Initiative, supporting actions of urban innovation (Innovative Actions).
